Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Winemaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the winemaking process from grape to bottle, ensuring high-quality wine production.

Duties

- Manage all aspects of winemaking, including fermentation, aging, blending, and bottling

- Monitor and maintain winery equipment and facilities

- Conduct quality control checks throughout the winemaking process

- Develop and implement winemaking procedures to meet quality standards

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient operations

- Maintain accurate records of production activities

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge to operate winery equipment

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices

- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)

- Ability to package and warehouse wine products effectively

- Skill to fabricate and maintain winery equipment

- Previous experience in the food industry is beneficial

- Forklift operation skills are advantageous
