We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent/ Live Chat Agent in the Construction industry. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone calls and live chat interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback
• Respond to live chat messages promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
