Brilliant is looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL.

Under the direction of the Operations Support Supervisor, the Warehouse Fulfillment Lead is responsible for ensuring proper assembly of custom kits. We are currently looking for someone to work the 7 AM-3:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Owns and manages fulfillment projects, ensuring successful completion
• Assigns roles and effectively communicates responsibilities to associated team members
• Monitors and prioritizes daily fulfillment board 
• Acts as the point person for project quality control 
• Proactively communicates any issues or concerns to a supervisor
• Executes and provides process and project visibility to Operations Support Supervisor
• Ensures project deadlines are met and communicates delays as needed
• Motivates team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved or exceeded.
• Effectively communicates with warehouse and corporate team mates to ensure timely, accurate and attractive delivery

Skills Needed : 

• 3+ years of experience in a comparable warehouse position
• Ability to communicate and delegate in a direct and concise manner
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive work environment 
• Posses a sense of urgency, accountability, and able to work with limited supervision
• A focus on detail and customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 
• Self starter 
• Basic computer skills
• Comfort learning new software tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move and or lift 25 lbs
