U.G.G. is a social equity-driven consulting firm, with a diverse team of business, government, and healthcare professionals. Our firm supports provisions that address individuals and communities adversely impacted by previous public health & health care policies. We are looking for top-performing contractors to join our team and contribute to our service initiatives, which include: Behavior Aide (BA), Family/Children counseling, Family/ Children assessments, Transportation/ Escorting, Child Supervision, and Drug Screening.

These services will be provided in the following Georgia counties: Region 1-  Catoosa, Dade, and Murray.  Region 3- Fannin County.

As a Child Transporter you will be responsible for transporting and supervising clients (both children and adults) to various community visits, appointments (such as medical, dental, or counseling), school, or other events as directed by the case manager. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Be able to travel locally and statewide (if needed)

· Conduct home visits (if needed)

· Collaborate effectively with foster parents and parents

· Schedule and coordinate transports with case managers, families, and other service providers

· Support and maintain an environment of emotional and physical safety for consumers, staff, and other stakeholders at all times

· Demonstrate U.G.G customer service;

· Always promote a positive image of Comprehensive Family Care and its programs

· Work as a contributing and collaborative team member

· Respond to consumer, referral, and peer needs in a timely fashion

· Answer telephone calls and emails promptly

· Respond to requests for information from stakeholders in a timely fashion

· Maintain Personal Information and Training;

· Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled

· Attend and participate in required training as scheduled

· Maintain required certifications

· Review, understand, and respond to program policies

· Provide documents in a timely fashion to Human Resources

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma/GED & 1 or more years of human service experience where you assisted/provided aide/worked with children or adults.

A Child Development Associate certificate (CDA) Required

· Must possess MS Office: Computer Skills

· Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills

· Behavioral Intervention Skills (Required)

· Crisis Intervention Skills (Required)

· Have strong clinical, crisis management, de-escalation, and critical thinking skills

· Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, with a minimum of 3-year clear driving history

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have and maintain professional liability car insurance (100/300/100 coverage, which translates into $100,000 coverage per person for bodily injury, including death, that you cause to others; $300,000 in BI per accident; and property damage up to $100,000)

Must complete required online training provided by GEMS.
