Position Summary:

We are on a quest to find a highly skilled SEO developer to elevate our websites and online business profile to unparalleled heights. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our digital presence, conducting rigorous audits, solving any SEO-related issues tied to coding and site performance, and meticulously aligning our web pages and site structures with SEO best practices.

To succeed as our SEO developer, you should be a highly proficient front-end developer, with expertise in one or more coding languages and innovative SEO development tools. A truly outstanding SEO developer will exhibit a deep knowledge of SEO strategies, seamlessly executing development, deployment, and continuous maintenance with finesse.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Craft and Optimize:Ensure that website design, layout, and coding are optimized for search.
• Synergy with Web Designers:Collaborate with web designers to enforce and uphold high standards of SEO excellence.
• Rigorous Testing:Conduct relentless, regular tests on website SEO rankings to ensure peak performance.
• Elevate Search Rankings:Propel the website's search engine rankings through meticulous on-page optimization.
• Conquer Technical Issues:Resolve any technical SEO challenges that threaten our digital fortress. Ensure development changes do not negatively impact site performance.
• Strategic Feedback:Deliver crucial insights and feedback to the digital marketing team, shaping our SEO strategy.
• Pioneer SEO Guidelines:Stay at the forefront of SEO advancements, researching and implementing the latest guidelines.
• Enhance Competitiveness:Assist with integrations that bolster or sustain our SEO edge in the competitive landscape.
• Plan for Adversity:Devise and prepare comprehensive SEO contingencies for any unforeseen challenges.
• Keep Stakeholders Informed:Regularly update marketing managers and team members on evolving SEO standards and changes.
• Technical Support:Provide indispensable technical support to stakeholders throughout the web design process, ensuring seamless integration of SEO best practices.

Technologies/Competencies:

• Epic Credentials:A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or web development, demonstrating your profound expertise.
• Seasoned Veteran:At least 5 years in a multi-business ecommerce retailer environment. Experience with industry-standard tools such as Conductor, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other similar tools.
• Certified Mastery:Certification in SEO or Adobe AnalyticsCan will elevate your status in our digital crusade.
• Commanding Proficiency:Exceptional skill in front-end programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Versatile Expertise:Experience with back-end programming languages such as C# is a formidable advantage.
• SEO Sage:Lives and breathes all things SEO. A deep and unwavering understanding of SEO principles and the intricate web design process.
• CMS Conqueror:Proficient knowledge of CMS software preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud, markup language, graphic design, website architecture, and seamless integrations.
• Eloquent Communicator:Effective communication and presentation skills, ensuring your vision is clearly shared and understood.
• Independent Powerhouse:The ability to work autonomously, requiring minimal oversight while delivering stellar results.
• Precision-Driven:Meticulously organized, fiercely deadline-driven, and obsessively detail-focused.
