Well, if you’re a software company scaling up quickly and need a solid customer service function, we’re your go-to.
We find and hire talented people in the Philippines, set them up with everything they need (laptops, desk space, training - you name it), and create a full-fledged outsourced customer service team. Whether our clients need 25, 50, or even 100 people, we’ve got it covered.

Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer, someone who’s a whiz with PPC on Meta and Google. You’ll be handling ad campaigns for both Support Zebra and our medical spas, from start to finish.If you’re up for joining an innovative team and diving into some cool projects, we’d love to chat!
We're on the hunt for a talented Senior Media Buyer to join our team and help drive the growth of our two companies: Support Zebra , our B2B outsourced customer experience service, and Glow Med Spa , our B2C chain of medical spas.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in generating new leads through savvy media buying strategies.
You’ll work on ad campaigns across Meta and Google, optimising ad spend to maximise our ROI.
More specifically, responsibilities will include:
📈 Media buying on Meta and Google
🎨 Ad creation and optimization
💰 Spend optimization to get the best bang for our buck
🔍 Competitor research and ad campaign launch
💡 Suggesting content and landing page improvements
🌟 Ensuring the whole funnel, from ads to conversion, is performing at its best
🛠 Managing an ad spend of $10-15k per month, with room to grow
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with a preference for as much overlap with US time zones as possible.

To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Proven experience in Meta and Google ads buying with budgets between $50k to $100k
✅ Ability to launch, optimise, and manage ad campaigns from start to finish
✅ Demonstrated success in creating and optimising effective ad campaigns
✅ Experience in both B2B and B2C advertising (ideally experience working in an agency and with a variety of brands or businesses)

What’s in it for you?
💰 $3500 - $4500 per month*
