Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic Legal Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. They will work closely with project managers, client analysts, and other developers to ensure that system consistency and quality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, project managers, and analysts to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Certified Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its development life cycle.
• Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and languages such as Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System and components, database models, and UI/UX design.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Litify or similar Salesforce-based applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems and technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative programming and administration (develop code, custom objects, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules).
