The role:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for people and driving growth. A self-motivated and driven Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales and revenue strategies, optimizing processes and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious growth goals. In our fast-paced startup environment, this role is pivotal to ensuring we scale effectively and sustainably. You'll have the opportunity to build and refine our go-to-market strategies, develop cutting-edge sales enablement programs, and leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions that will form the bedrock for our North American expansion.
This is a high-visibility role - you will be working in lockstep with our North American VP to not only improve our revenue operations but also improve all facets of the North American business from state expansion strategies to strategic partnership proposals. No two days will be the same!
