Job Title: Report Writer

Job Description

Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Finance, and Engineering. Communicate with parties within and outside of your job function, including external stakeholders such as customers and vendors.

Support the development of contractor progress, status, and management reports using Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Data Item Description (DID). Draft and maintain monthly project status reports, including milestone reports, problem areas affecting project cost elements, cost curves, man-hours expended, and staffing plans.

Receive assignments and technical information from a supervisor and project manager. Attend project meetings regularly to collect essential information for monthly reports, including Engineering Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM), Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, Enterprise Change Request (ECR) meetings, and project design meetings.

Draft meeting minutes for delivery to the customer per CDRL requirements. Communicate with the Technical Editor and work with them to support report and minute templates. Work independently with limited supervision.
