Harney District Hospital is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources Team. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process, along with coordinating compliance items for travel staff and providers. This full time position starts at $23.46 per hour and increases based on experience; this position is also eligible for our full-time benefit package which incudes medical, dental, vision, retirement and generous paid time off. Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Office administration, customer service, team player
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with, or the ability to quickly learn, applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2 to 5 years' experience in HR or related experience preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in administrative or office experience preferred.
