Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our client in the mining sector. This contract role offers the flexibility of remote work and involves critical responsibilities in facilitating and managing the interview process for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interviews on behalf of HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Collaborate with the North American Talent Acquisition team to expedite recruitment activities.
  • Engage with hiring managers to ensure candidates align with departmental needs.
  • Conduct phone screenings and evaluate resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage candidate progression post-interview, including dispositions and initiating the offer process.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment law as it pertains to recruiting and hiring.
  • Experience supporting interviews for various positions and levels.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
