Job Description

General Description:
As the Production Manager you will be responsible for the production functions of your site, which includes helping to achieve all Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity metrics. You are also responsible for initiating, implementing, completing, and evaluating continuous improvement projects and ensuring all required reports are completed. You will collaborate with the Safety Coordinator, guided by visual factory management, to ensure safe operations. Lastly, you will foster an environment of continuous learning and development through cross-training and up-skilling of your team members.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• High School (or GED equivalent) required.
• 7-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing production management role, within the printing industry.
• Proven record of leading manufacturing teams to meet or exceed company goals.
• Lean / Six Sigma experience is preferred.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capable of managing projects, solving problems, thinking creatively and intuitively.
• Self-starter and team player who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
