At Indiewalls, we undertake the boldest commercial art projects across the country, partnering with independent artists to transform spaces. Our clients include renowned brands like Amazon, Virgin Cruise Lines, and Ritz Carlton. We source prints for guest rooms, murals for buildings, and monumental sculptures for cruise ships.

Our production facility manages the printing, framing, and logistics of more than 15,000 works of art each year. We handle high-volume and high-mix production, always focused on delivering the highest quality products to our clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager focused on organization, efficiency, quality control, and safety. The ideal candidate is someone who can improve processes and operations while working hands-on with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project production flow.
• Determine production timelines and workload availability schedules.
• Purchase materials and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage material inventory.
• Quote and manage shipping logistics.
• Organize crate building.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on production KPIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop production staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing/production/shop floor.
• 2+ years of experience managing a production team.
• Experience in framing a big plus but not necessarily required
• Fluent in English (Spanish a big plus).
• Comfortable with technology (experience with Airtable is a plus).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
