Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model Development: Develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to forecast future trends, behaviors, and outcomes.

  3. Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and predictive accuracy.
  4. Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, iterating and refining models as needed to improve accuracy and reliability.
  5. Deployment: Deploy predictive models into production environments, working closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate model findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in predictive analytics, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to improve model performance and effectiveness.
  8. Project Management: Manage end-to-end model development projects, including project planning, scoping, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in predictive modeling, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing successful predictive models.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques for communicating model findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a passion for tackling complex predictive analytics challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
