Position Summary

As a Healthcare Partnerships Manager at Bened Life, you will be pivotal in driving our outreach and engagement efforts with potential healthcare partners. Your role will encompass managing communications with practitioners, practices, small drug store chains who can benefit from our affiliate and wholesale programs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.

Responsibilities 

Conduct proactive outreach to potential healthcare partners including practitioners, practices, and small drug store chains.

Respond to inquiries and engage in conversations with prospective partners.

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain healthcare partners.

Manage the affiliate and wholesale program operations for healthcare partners.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling partnership proposals.

Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and identify new partnership opportunities.

✅Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies


Note that though outreach is a necessary aspect of this role, it is more aligned with responding to inquiries (as opposed to cold-calling).

Qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of practitioners, practices, and small drug store chains.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with developing a partnership program within the medical sector is a plus!
  • Past experience with leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus!
