Position Overview:

Elliston Vineyards is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time Tasting Lounge Staff . The ideal candidates will have a passion for wine, exceptional customer service skills, and a positive attitude to create memorable experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, offering guidance and assistance in wine and food selection.
2. Maintain a clean and inviting environment, including setup and breakdown.
3. Effectively communicate wine club memberships, promotions, and upcoming events to guests.
4. Process wine sales accurately through our POS system and handle cash transactions.
5. Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

1. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the restaurants or wine industry.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers.
3. Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about different varietals and wine regions.
4. Positive attitude with a focus on providing outstanding service to every guest.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
6. Must be at least 21 years of age.
7. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
8. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation:

• This position is part-time, with variable hours based on business needs.
