Job Description

Title:  Operations Manager – Denver, CO Office (Monday to Friday, 8 to 5)

As Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service while leading and motivating the team to success by working through your strengths of making a difference to people and companies.  

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of 10-20 customer service representatives in the Denver office, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.

· Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery.

· Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, leveraging your leadership skills to drive performance and exceed goals.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to streamline processes, optimize efficiencies, and drive business growth.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and identify training needs to support employee development and career advancement.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

·8+ years of p roven experience in operations or sales management, with a track record of successfully leading teams of 10-20 employees.

· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.

· Knowledge of printing and promotional products industry is a plus and a solid work history.
