Job Description

RPI Consultants is seeking an intern to join the Marketing department. As a member of a small team, the intern will have the opportunity to learn and grow across multiple Marketing disciplines.

The individual should be prepared to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and fun environment. This position will require the ability to learn ‘on the fly’ and to be nimble in taking on new tasks.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of marketing, including automation, reporting, asset creation and management, and website optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

Asset Creation and Management:

• Manage and organize photos, graphics, one pagers, sales enablement, case studies, and other marketing content
• Assist with webinar setup, production, and video editing
• Maintain and optimize the RPI Consultants’ YouTube channel

Marketing Automation and Reporting:

• Support data quality management in our CRM, HubSpot
• Assist in building and training on reports

Website Updates and Optimizations:

• Setup blogs, podcasts, and case studies using WordPress
• Transcribe podcast episodes and add anchor text for SEO

Qualifications

• Ideal for juniors or seniors majoring in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Must possess strong integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Detail-oriented
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude
• This paid internship requires a commitment of roughly, but not to exceed 20 hours per week. Join our team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
