POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's global Business Continuity program. The position must conduct risk assessments, identify critical business processes, develop business continuity plans, and regularly update and test the program. The candidate for this position must have a proven track record in delivering business resilience programs in the US, EMEA, and APAC. This position will drive integration between Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (which reports separately to a different corporate function), working with senior leaders in other business functions to position Business Continuity as part of broader business protection and resilience efforts. The candidate should have experience presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors. This position will impact the company’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Business Continuity Planning: • Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, policies and procedures to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions • Identify critical business functions, processes, resources and establish strategies and measures to mitigate risks and minimize downtime • Conduct business impact assessments to assess potential risks and quantify the financial and operational impacts of disruptions • Define recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) for critical business processes • Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement preventive measures to minimize the likelihood and impact of disruptions • Assist in the development and execution of crisis management exercises within individual business units across the enterprise. • Assist with the development of status reports on operations and individual business preparedness and recoverability. • Stay updated on emerging risks, industry trends and regulatory requirements related to business continuity and incorporate them into the planning process • Provide Incident management support during ongoing events and emergencies. • Assist with the development of after-action reports from incidents, exercises, and operation Risk Assessment and Mitigation: • Design and conduct regular testing exercises, such as tabletop simulations and full-scale drills, to validate the effectiveness of business continuity plans. • Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement and update plans and procedures accordingly. • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to educate employees on their roles and responsibilities during disruptions. Business Continuity Testing, Maintenance and Reporting: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business continuity plans, procedures and incident reports. • Prepare regular reports on business continuity metrics, testing results and program effectiveness for senior management and regulatory compliance purposes. • Prepare and present to the Board of Directors on the status of company’s resiliency. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and best practices related to business continuity. ______________________________________________________________

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years with 5+ in business continuity planning Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., EHS, business, accounting, finance, or related degree) Skills: • Excellent skills in organization, active listening, and detail-orientation, along with strong written / verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Python) • Excellent organizational skills and time management • Proficiency in data analysis tools and modeling software (e.g., Excel,) • Excellent root cause, communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Pay Range:$125,000 - $140,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
