Position Summary
The Intake Counselor serves as the first point of contact for referral sources and potential patients to schedule assessments and/or admissions.

QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other related field, or RN required.
Experience: At least one year experience utilizing assessment skills preferred.
Age-Specific Competencies: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric
Licensure/Certification: CPR required; CPI Certification required.
HIPAA: Has access to Medical Records of cases to which they are assigned work, for quality compliance and risk related issues. Use of PHI is for purposes of Healthcare Operations.
