Job Description:

Are you a service-oriented individual with a passion for assisting families? Are you seeking a fulfilling 100% remote position? We're seeking enthusiastic Remote Associates to join our team. Please note, this opportunity is available for residents of CO, NE, OK, KS, TX, AR, and MO.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients over the phone and via Zoom to enroll them in selected benefit programs.
Utilize needs-based analysis to complete applications as part of the life insurance sales process.
Maintain appointments and provide exceptional customer service throughout.

Requirements:

Cell phone and laptop with camera (Windows system).
Familiarity with Zoom and high-speed internet access.
Life Insurance License (Out-of-pocket license fees may apply).
Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and pass a background check.
High School Diploma or GED.

Position Details:

Remote, work-from-home position with a commission-only weekly income structure.
Full-time role with opportunities for weekly bonuses.
