Salary: $20-25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 10am-6pm / and every 3 rd weekend (will have two days off during week on those weeks!)

What’s a typical day as an Onsite HR Assistant? You’ll be:

• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, payroll questions, and more.

• Executing programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.

• Actively informing Talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates and insuring compliance

• Working with Talent to resolve issues as they arrive in a timely and professional manner.

• Executing process improvements, as directed, based on client and engagement feedback.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have two or more years of staffing or HR experience.

• You are Bilingual; English/Spanish.

• Can build and maintain internal and external business relationships.

• Are results oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail.
