Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Manager to oversee operations for our building maintenance company. The Field Manager will be responsible for coordinating on-site maintenance activities, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key duties include scheduling and supervising maintenance tasks, conducting site inspections, addressing client concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of building systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across various sites.
• Manage and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
