This position is responsible for providing legal assistance to the attorneys, including preparing legal documents and conducting legal research. This position also assists with scheduling and managing litigation deadlines, managing client communications, and providing assistance in client meetings.
This litigation paralegal position requires home owners association experience, litigation experience, and 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment.

The essential job functions of this litigation paralegal position include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- Assisting with scheduling and managing litigation deadlines
- Managing client communications
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting with client meetings
- Drafting memoranda and briefs
