You will assist with various customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries, managing customer accounts, and providing support to our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Support the customer service team with day-to-day tasks and account management.
• Provide accurate information to customers and help resolve their issues.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
