Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced and talented Design Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing design plans, ensuring that projects meet client needs and all applicable regulations, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Design Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Designers, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The Design Manager will coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the customers specifications. The Design Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are compliant with applicable regulations, such as safety and environment. The Design Manager will also be responsible for evaluating and improving existing processes to optimize design efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement design plans for new projects, ensuring that they meet customer needs and applicable regulations.
• Ensure that project timelines are met and projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Designers, delegating tasks and ensuring quality control and efficiency.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize design efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop long-term strategies for the design team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Design.
• Experience with RNG, Industrial, Waste Handling, Recycling, Environmental Remediation, Construction, Industrial Facilities, and Industrial Facility Design.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
