Are you enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference? We're looking for dedicated and experienced Customer Service Agents to join our remote team.

Position: Medical Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 8pm CST (8-hour shift within these hours)
Start Date: To Be Determined
Benefits: Weekly Pay, Equipment Provided, Medical Benefits, and the Flexibility to Work from Home

What You'll Do:

- Answer inbound calls and make a few outbound calls.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize your computer skills for accurate data entry.
- Review and gather patient billing and medical information.
- Adhere to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 1 year of recent call center experience (required).
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work with dual monitors.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to assist others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pick up work equipment in Irving.
