Education / Experience (Minimum Required)

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Five years of academic or non-profit development/advancement experience preferred.
3. Five or more years of experience in team management preferred. 
4. Proven record of fundraising. 
5. Discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information and situations. 
6. Team player: ability to work effectively with and through others inside and outside the School. 
7. Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines; results-oriented. 
8. Ability to clearly articulate the vision and mission of the School.
9. Ability to proactively identify and address issues as they arrive.
10. Skilled written and oral communicator.
