Bilingual Production Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes. You will work closely with the Director of Sales and the President of Operations to align production goals with business objectives. Your expertise in production forecasting and scheduling, along with your sound postal acumen and direct mail/print knowledge, will be essential in driving the success of our production department. Safety and cost-effectiveness will be key priorities in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and timely production processes.
• Oversee and direct the activities of the Production Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and the President of Operations to align production goals with business objectives.
• Ensure a safe working environment, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency in production operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Utilize your sound postal acumen and direct mail/print knowledge to optimize production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying trends and implementing strategies for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work culture within the production department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar production management role, preferably in the direct mail or print industry.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in production forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.
• Sound postal acumen and knowledge of direct mail/print processes and requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency in production operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a production environment.
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
• Bilingual a plus
