Job Description

Zipline Brewing Company is seeking a part time beertender to work for both LINCOLN taproom locations (Beer Hall on 56th and Pine Lake and The Brewery out on west O). We are an ever growing brewery and team looking for someone who is energetic, responsible, and has a love for beer! Potential candidates must be able to work 1-2 weekday or weekend shifts. Responsibilities

• Keep glassware "beer clean" and serve a "proper pour"
• Interact with customers in an efficient, friendly, and informative manner.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Monitor customer consumption, making sure not to over serve
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Enforcing all company DHMs and Mayoral mask mandate in response to Covid 19
• Read weekly emails from management regarding policies, upcoming beer, meetings, etc,
• Fill out nightly shift reports thoroughly
• Efficient communication with managers and staff regarding time off, shift coverage, or questions concerning policies or unclear items.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Proven working experience as a bartender or demonstrated passion for craft beer.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliable team player
• Self motivated
• Must be able to work 1-2 2:30-10:00 weekend shifts (F-Sat)
