We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Compliance and Control II to join our Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC), Quality Assurance (QA) team. This role is located in Pittsburgh/PA, or Lake Mary/FL - HYBRID (3 days/week in office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Perform QA testing on FCC Process (i.e.: closed investigations of alerts)
- Support identifying areas of risk, provide insightful and objective observations to QA Management on the quality and effectiveness of the execution of FCC processes.
- Support QA management in documentation and administration of various FCC QA Program materials.
- Assists with analyses of control processes to ensure they are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 1-3 years' experience in AML/Compliance/Risk/Financial Crimes in a financial institution is preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring and testing methodologies for adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies is preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
