General responsibilities and requirements

Role Purpose

As a trained Agile practitioner, you are responsible for people management and operations in a Scrum/Agile project. You are responsible for talent management (skill building of current team, career development, performance management, recruiting new team members). You are also responsible for operational processes like Ecube / PDMR etc.

Do

• People management of all the Scrum team members. Responsible for program level competency upskilling and multiskilling across Agile, Technical, Domain and Behavioural areas. Create customized performance improvement plan as appropriate and monitor progress.  Career planning for all Scrum team members
• Observer in all the ceremonies so that he/she can provide appropriate performance related inputs
• Responsible for talent recruitment to help standup new Scrum teams
• Also accountable for project profitability
• Responsible for indenting, ERD compliance and for invoicing (if SOW is at Program level)
• Accountable for ensuring PEI within norms
• Responsible for process adherence on Ecube (PDMR generation)
• Responsible for program level competency upskilling and multiskilling across Agile, Technical, Domain and Behavioural areas. Create customized performance improvement plan as appropriate and monitor progress
• Ensure 100% adherence to Agile processes as defined
• Ensure Scrum team persistency
• Remove all operational impediments (infrastructure, equipment, people etc.) by interacting with relevant stakeholders
• Career planning for all Scrum team members
• Participate in internal quality forums (APR / QIC / QBR / MBR etc.)"

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from [$80,000] to [$140,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
