Days and work hours are flexible, but will be set once agreed upon. Perform duties requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or work processing, office machine operation, and filing. Essential Functions

• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Validate credit card receipts and post them to the proper GL accounts for payment.
• Perform accounts receivable collections calls and document status of accounts.
• Assemble equipment manuals and keep them organized.
• Enter traffic sold, demos, loaners, and dealer to dealer equipment in CDK.
• Maintain and update filing and computer systems, either manually or using a computer.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, voicemail systems, and personal computers.

Non-Essential Functions

• Collect DOT DVIRS and log book information monthly.
• Assist the service department in closing work orders.
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
• Process new hire paperwork
• Process vacation requests
• Plan special events such as Christmas parties, volunteer events, etc.
• Enter confidence plus data into Intellidealer
• Process customer credit card payments

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of administrative experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong computer skills is required.
• Proficiency in Intellidealer is preferred.
• Must be willing to submit and pass a background check, drug screen & MVR.
