We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and drive sales for our HVAC division. Our clients include the largest general contractors, developers, and property managers in the Bay Area. We are consistently ranked as a top mechanical contractor in the Northern California region. Ideal candidate will have experience identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and seeing the sales cycle fully through. We are hiring for our offices in San Jose, Alameda, or Rohnert Park.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

What You Need for this Position: 

• Bachelors degree (preferred) 
• 5+ years of MEP sales or PM experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong sales skills, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
